Idah Phiri wears many hats at Dzuka— serving as our Founder, Business Manager, and Public Relations Officer. With a sharp mind for operations and a warm heart for people, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating schedules and managing client inquiries to representing the brand with excellence, Idah is the quiet force that keeps Dzuka grounded and growing. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to service make her an invaluable part of the team.
Victor Chaponda- Lead Counsellor
Victor is a trained counselor, life coach, and communicator with a background in theology, psychology, and personal development. With years of experience working with people in both faith-based and professional settings, Victor brings a rare blend of wisdom, warmth, and practical insight to every session.
